WHO ARE WE?
Diana Etheridge
Bridging the gap from the academia to the business world, Diana Etheridge realized that ideas matter. She also realized that creative minds are varied and exist in everywhere. Ideas from these minds can improve our daily lives, solve our most pressing problems and make the impossible possible if, and only if, these ideas are implemented.
Diana holds a master of fine arts degree from Simmons College in Boston and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Denver. She is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa. Diana has traveled widely in Asia, Europe and Australia. She has attended such diverse institutions as: the Washington Saturday College, the University of Miami, Florida State University, the University of Colorado and the University of Geneva. (Switzerland).
She is president of EDEA™, Inc., holds a US patent on a tensioned building process (FLEXHOME™), and is general partner of an exercise web site. She is the author of Cook-n-Rhyme with Kids, a children’s cookbook/storybook. She edited the book My Hawaii, and was a winner of a Clover Club Poetry Contest.
She was Honorary Chairman of the Florida Business Advisory Council in 2003. She was selected for "Who's Who in America" in 2002-2005; Who’s Who in the World, 2003-2005; Who’s Who in Business and Finance in 2005; Who’s Who of American Women 2003-2005; and the 21st Century Award for Achievement from the International Biographical Society in Cambridge, England.
She has taught in both public and private schools and was a co-founder of Collegiate School of Denver. She was a House Bill Proofreader for the Colorado State Legislature in 1970. She was on the campaign staff for Florida Congressman Dave Weldon in 1996, 1998 and 2000.
She is also a real estate professional and has completed more than 27 years in the profession. She holds a real estate broker-agent license in Florida. She is a lifetime member of the Montgomery County (Maryland) Association of Realtors Million Dollar Club, and holds lifetime awards from Prudential Preferred Properties, and Long and Foster Realty. She served on the Government Affairs Committee and the International Affairs Committee for the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors and the Membership Committee for the Montgomery County Association of Realtors. She was a judge for the National Association of Realtors "Who is Today's Realtor" contest in 1995. She was a Certified International Property Specialist. Diana is a Registered International Member of the International Real Estate Institute, which holds consultative status with the United Nations.
She was a developer/builder of custom homes in Maryland and holds memberships in NAWIC, the National Association of Women in Construction.
She served as President of the Capital City Optimist Club of Washington, DC. And was active in several diplomatic organizations for many years, including THIS (The Hospitality and Information Service), The Meridian House, and Welcome to Washington, an international service club.
Juliana Etheridge
Juliana, an award-winning designer with over 20 years of experience, worked as an art director for a major cosmetics company. She helped created Artists Room (www.artistsroom.com) which
offers design-based products for children and adults. She also formed Fresh Snow Design, a design studio
based in Denver.
Along with launching and designing several new children's products, she continues to design
identities and packaging for both local and national companies.
While freelancing in design, Juliana previously was the senior legislative assistant and publications
specialist for Congressman McInnis of Colorado. She was head of education, labor, tax, banking, housing, arts and
humanities issues for the Congressman. She also designed newsletters, brochures for children, charts, and handouts and designed the
Congressman’s web site.
Juliana received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Denver and her Master of Science degree in
Identity / Packaging Design from the Pratt Institute in New York.
